Management as we know is the art of getting things done through the people to fulfill predetermined goals and objectives.

Organization:

Our trust as an organization defined as a systematic arrangement of co-coordinating people having definite responsibilities and working together towards common objectives.

Administration:

Administration of the trust is defined as the function of an enterprise that determines the overall policy and objectives. It also enables daily running o f t h e trust/organization by directing conduct and control.

Purpose:

Our purpose is the overall objectives of any work or act. Policy: Policy of our trust is the overall guideline adopted to achieve the purpose.

Planning

Planning is that branch of our Trust's management which decides how the resources of the enterprises can be best used to attain the trust policy purpose and policy.

PRINCIPLES OF OUR MANAGEMENTS

Here we are giving different principles of our (Humanity People Charitable Trust) Management that includes:

  • Division of work: Among the skilled personnel to increase efficiency and output.
  • Authority: Right to give order and expect to see they obeyed. This flows from top to bottom.
  • Responsibility: Responsibility that flow from bottom to top and some time from top to bottom also.
  • Discipline: It is represented in our trust strictly by punctuality, obedience, respect and honesty.
  • Unity of Command: As in our practice orders are given by only one superior that is our Managing Trustee.
  • Management Objectives: All efforts are co-ordinated for the specific objective.
  • Priority of Business Interest: It is expected from over personal interest.
  • Justified remuneration and reward: It is for all the employee and workers.
  • Hierarchy: It is maintaining among all employees for successful execution of order. It is given in Organogram.

In our trust / organization there is a system to arranging the resources according to plan to achieve the objective.

Motivating

In our trust, it is the duty of seniors to encourage and stimulating the target people to work according to the plan for attaining the objective of purpose.

Coordinating

It is an art of integrating and harmonizing the employee's efforts to achieve the objective with least duplication, overlapping, and redundancy of work.

Controlling

In our organization controlling which means controlling of activities effectively to follow the course fixed in planning to achieve the desired standard of the output.

Communicating

Here communicating means transmission of instruction and information to all concerned department. In our SCT there is no communication gap between staffs/ employees and the management.

Leadership

In our organization means the quality of managers that enable them to drive the working groups steadily, efficiently and effectively towards achieving the predetermined objectives.

0BJECTIVES

1. To strive to serve the physically, mentally, socially handicapped persons of all age groups and senior citizens by starting residential care centers and income generating projects and institutions like old aged homes, orphanages, destitute homes, computer education schools, mentally retarded homes home for the mentally ill patients, Family counseling center etc. 2. To run old age homes for backward societies people with proper health care.
3. To run school, colleges, technical institutions, co-operatives research and reference libraries, reading rooms, study classes, centers for study or recreation; training centers, life experience centers, and the like to effectuate the above mentioned objects.

BENEFITS OF THE TRUST

The benefits of the trust shall be open to all, irrespective of Caste religion, Class and sex etc. The activities of the Trust shall be not be focused on making any profit but to do welfare services to the poor and downtrodden as specified in the objectives of the Trust.


Humanity is now at the cross road to find solution for the poverty, illiteracy especially before the downtrodden family but we hope that it can be solved by the continuous efforts of government and NGOs like us.


It is a privilege to write something about the HUMANITY PEOPLE CHARITABLE TRUST in vivid details. It is dream of a young energetic social worker Mr. A.MOHAN, the founder of trust and a famous social- worker of the State Tamilnadu. He is a powerful good statesman, a great thinker, communicator and a good organizer.
